Senior Circle is a free health & wellness program for adults 55 and older, with no Jones Center membership necessary.

Senior Circle meets the third Thursday of the month for a gathering focused on healthy living, wellness education and socializing with friends old and new.

At Senior Circle, mature-aged adults come together, share ideas, make friends and learn new ways to live their best life.

    Start the year off right with healthier habits and smarter nutrition!

    Ring in the New Year with us on January 16 for an engaging session designed to help seniors set comprehensive nutrition goals and embrace a balanced lifestyle. We'll explore the importance of a healthy diet, rest, recreation, and social connections as key ingredients for daily well-being

  • FEBRUARY — CELEBRATING NATIONAL SENIOR INDEPENDENCE MONTH
    You’re invited February 20 as we focus on self-care and fostering independence as we age.

    Join us to explore what self-care truly means, identify areas for personal growth, and discover how to build a healthier, more independent lifestyle. Plus, we’ll share practical tips to help you stay current with the latest technology!

    What to Expect:

  • Potluck: Bring your favorite finger food to share (optional).

  • MARCH — LUCKY IN LIFE
    Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with us on March 20 and discover the power of gratitude and mindfulness. Join us for a day filled with connection, celebration, and a little bit of luck! Don’t forget to wear green!

  • Educational Theme: Practicing gratitude through mindfulness.

  • Potluck: Bring your favorite St. Patrick’s Day dish to share (optional)

  • Table Talk: Share a story about a time you felt lucky.

  • APRIL — MASTERFUL MOMENTS
    Celebrate the power of the arts and discover how creative expression can help manage and relieve emotions.

    Join us on April 17 for an engaging session where seniors will explore the important role of the arts in enriching our lives. Through painting, discussion, and shared experiences, we’ll learn how creativity can be a meaningful tool for emotional well-being

  • Potluck: A dish that brings happiness from your childhood.

  • Table Talk: What is the outcome of communicating your emotions?

  • MAY — SENIOR CIRCLE FIELD TRIP
    Enjoy a refreshing day outdoors as we explore the benefits of nature and its impact on well-being.

    Join us on May 15 for a special field trip! Participants must register in advance to take part in this exciting outing filled with fresh air, good company, and fun activities.
