Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or improve athletic performance, The Jones Center’s certified personal trainers are here to help you meet your fitness goals. We offer affordable personal training services for as little as $12 per session for members.

The west wing of The Jones Center is home to the 8,000 square-feet Fitness Center — an open space with cutting-edge equipment and technology, including a custom-built personal training area with two separate free weight stations.

The personal training studio is a private venue for one-on-one or small-group workouts with a Jones Center personal trainer. This quiet location next to our Fitness Center is outfitted with free weights, squat, bench and deadlift capabilities and more. I'm originally from Chihuahua, Mexico where I graduated with a degree in physical education and sports science. Throughout life I have been involved in a variety of sports and recreational activities. I'm a NASM personal trainer and nutrition coach as well a functional aging specialist. I love my job as it's given me the opportunity to help people on their journey reach a better life quality and health goals by understanding the importance of workout, keep an active lifestyle and eat better choices.

While my fitness career began in 2017, I discovered my love of fitness while conquering depression and a serious eating disorder. As a result, I work to provide fun and engaging sessions and strive to support all bodies and abilities in a safe space. I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are and helping them find movement that makes them feel capable and motivated. My areas of special interest include clients recovering from an eating disorder, creating size-inclusive fitness experiences, and working with people in the LGBTQ+ community.

I have always had a passion for fitness. Growing up as an athlete and playing collegiate and semi-pro football taught me the importance of keeping your body in shape with the right exercise and nutrition!  Staying consistent with your health leads to great overall wellbeing.  I love working with all my clients and I look forward to seeing you hit the gym!

I have a degree in Kinesiology, and I am a certified Exercise Physiologist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  I have over ten years of experience working in Personal Training and small group training.   I'm a weightlifter and a former baseball player who likes working with everybody, but I've discovered across the years that as a trainer, I connect really well with runners.  I pride myself in teaching correct, safe exercise form to the highest standard.

I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and and Women’s Fitness Specialist with a BS in Health ProMotion. I’ve been teaching group fitness since 2011. I love providing my clients with accountability and consistency through fun and efficient workouts with lots of encouragement, energy and sparkle!
