BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. This 45-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India.
Fit body basics
Never taken a fitness class before but curious about all the fun? Come join April for Fit Body Basics! Upbeat, high energy aerobics class that encompasses low to medium impact exercise set to music. Easy to follow choreography is great for all skill levels and ages. Participants should be able to get on and off the floor unassisted and maintain activity for 45 minutes.
Knock out a total body workout that combines mixed martial arts with boxing. Learn basic boxing punches like jabs, hooks, upper cuts combined with martial arts kicks in a power-packed 30-minute class for warriors of all ages.
A combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music, results in an intense workout that is FUN and effective. Students will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core, while leaving NO muscle untouched. Every exercise can be modified to fit YOUR personal needs. You’ll leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to take on MORE.
R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. R.I.P.P.E.D. is designed for all fitness levels, allowing a gym novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full body workout. The class follows its acronym and changes up the workout every 6 to 9 minutes, allowing every muscle group to get a quick yet effective workout.
Silver Sneakers Classic
This fun and upbeat class moves through a variety of low impact exercises designed to get and keep the body moving. Classes will focus on strength and range of motion to improve and/or maintain daily activity levels. Using hands weights, hand balls, exercise bands, chairs and our own body-weight, Classic is easily tailored to individual needs.
Spin Class is a low impact, high intensity class. Using stationary bikes, you will ride up and down hills and mountains, race through straightaways and boost your cardio endurance. Not your average ride in the park.
See what the craze over High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is all about! Try one of our Synergy classes for maximum effort in minimal time. High intensity and medium impact, you will get an hour of work accomplished in just 30 minutes. Utilizing free weights, medicine balls, balance balls and body weight, each workout is designed for a total body burn.
Tai chi is a system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. In fact, because tai chi is a low impact exercise, it may be especially suitable if you're an older adult who otherwise may not exercise.
Give your joints a break and still get your workout in. Our Aqua Fitness class is a combination of underwater running and strength training to boost your cardiovascular health, muscle strength and endurance. Low impact and great for all levels. Participants should be comfortable with being in deep water and be able to swim in water over their head.
Water Movement | senior circle
This invigorating class held in the pool improves cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water to give you a safe, effective, fun and “no sweat” workout. It also allows a break from “impact” on the body so you are getting a great workout without pounding your joints, ligaments and tendons.

Our Gentle Flow class helps build core strength and increase flexibility and balance. Poses flow one into the other linked with the breath. Suitable for students of all levels and experience.
Flow Foundations classes are open to students of all levels and offer accessible alignment principles and biomechanics from which students can be playful, explore, heal and transform their bodies. Students will safely learn the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.
Power Flow works to tone muscles as it builds flexibility and stamina. Your flow will focus on weight-bearing standing poses which build the heat necessary to aid stretching. Perfect for athletes, stronger practitioners, and multi-taskers. Power Yoga is an accessible way to increase flexibility while also getting a workout. Shift your practice into a higher gear and see where it takes you.
Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba ® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Don’t worry if you’ve never danced before! We’ll get you started and help you learn while you have a blast with the group.
