Give your joints a break and still get your workout in. A combination of underwater running and strength training to boost your cardiovascular health, muscle strength and endurance. Low impact and great for all levels.
Upbeat, high energy aerobics class that encompasses low to medium impact exercise set to music. Easy to follow choreography is great for all skill levels and ages. Participants should be able to get on and off the floor unassisted and maintain activity for 45 minutes.
Silver Sneakers Classic
This fun and upbeat class moves through a variety of low impact exercises designed to get and keep the body moving. Classes will focus on strength and range of motion to improve and/or maintain daily activity levels. Using hands weights, hand balls, exercise bands, chairs and our own body-weight, Classic is easily tailored to individual needs.
Not your average ride in the park. Spin is a low impact, high intensity class. Using stationary bikes, you will ride up and down hills and mountains, race through straightaways and boost your cardio endurance.
All the benefits of a spin class jam-packed into 30 minutes. Maximize your lunch break by maximizing your calorie burn. High intensity, low impact.
This exercise class is designed to help older adults maintain their cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility. Whether you’re a veteran gym member or a newcomer, we welcome you to come and enjoy the benefits of working out in a group setting.
Maximum effort in minimal time. High intensity and medium impact, you will get an hour of work accomplished in just 30 minutes. Utilizing free weights, medicine balls, balance balls and body weight, each workout is designed for a total body burn.
Water Movement | senior circle
This invigorating class held in the pool improves cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water to give you a safe, effective, fun and “no sweat” workout. It also allows a break from “impact” on the body so you are getting a great workout without pounding your joints, ligaments and tendons.
*Note* Participants may be required to workout in deep water

Yoga for Every-Body
A flowing style of Hatha Yoga that helps build core strength and increase flexibility and balance. Poses flow one into the other linked with the breath. Suitable for students of all levels and experience. Students will need to bring a yoga mat. Other optional accessories to bring are a yoga strap, yoga block, and a blanket or cushion.
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba ® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.
