Simply Strength is a fitness class designed to do exactly what the name suggests, help participants increase their strength and tone muscles. The class uses various resistance equipment, including weights and bands, to help you sculpt your body.
The 30-minute class is great for beginners who want to build and increase muscle endurance. Participants at any level can get something out of the class thanks to the help of trainers who will meet you at your fitness level.
The class is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:45 to 6:15. It immediately follows Body Blast, a high intensity cardio class. Take them together for a calorie burning, muscle sculpting, hour long fitness experience.
Classes are $3 for Jones Center members, but guests can pay an extra $3 to take classes. Unlimited classes are available for just $25 a month.
