Strong Bodies Helps Older Adults Stay Fit

As we age, it seems to become less important to us if we have the perfect bathing suit body, but it is still important to stay healthy as you age.

Strong Bodies is a fitness class specifically designed to help older adults do just that.

Whether you have been a gym rat for years or if you’re looking to start getting in shape, Strong Bodies is perfect for anyone.

The 50-minute class can help participants develop and maintain their cardiovascular health, strength, and even flexibility.

Classes are $3 for Jones Center members, but guests can pay an extra $3 to take classes. Unlimited classes are available for just $25 a month.
